TANZANIA YOUTH SUPPORT & SELF RELIANCE ORGANIZATION.
Tanzania Youth Support and Self Reliance Organization is a non-government organization registered in Tanzania that helps the youth from Orphanages and vulnerable groups through training.
Tanzania youth support was found or established at the year 2024, registered as a non- profit Organization (NGO) with registration number Xxxxx. Its registration was in compliance with Tanzania NGO guidance Laws and Regulations.
The organization was established based on ideas of its co- founders. The founder’s intention was to create the life changing mechanisms to youth through basic training on vocational skills.

The board of the Tanzania Youth Support and Self Reliance currently has five members. Each of them is closely involved from the start and 100% committed to the most Vulnerable Youth of Tanzania.
Three to four times a year they sit together in a meeting in Tanzania where they discuss the progress and development of the Organization.
Raising the challenges of the Organization and soliciting the solution to those challenges, initiating the strategic plans which will drive the organization towards its mission to serve as many youth as possible from less advantage groups.
Board members are the key personnel to ensure the routine activities of this NGO are moving on as planned. They provide technical advice as well as rescuing the matter at tough time.

VISION
‘To improve the livelihoods of young people by promoting skills training, entrepreneurship, and access to economic opportunities’
The vision of Tanzania Youth Support describes clearly the intention to improve the livelihoods of youth particularly marginalized and vulnerable group through skills training, leading to access in employability and entrepreneurship potentials for the best of their lives.
MISSION
To empower Tanzanian youth to reach their full potential through holistic development, fostering education, skills, and opportunities for a brighter future
Our mission focuses to provide supportive environment for youth from Orphanage and Marginalized groups to engage into productive activities leading to economic self reliance and improvement of their livelihoods.
Tanzania Youth Support can help to develop the job skills of young people. These skills will prepare them to participate in productive activities, getting employed, and finally running or managing their own lives and reducing dependence.
The founders of the organization wanted to advocate the youth basic requirements, challenges, create and solicit innovative ideas to various groups of youth especially the most isolated ones, keep them engaged or linked to self employment opportunities and later lead them to deliver to their community at large.
Our organization creates a backyard opportunity to those who are left behind mostly from Orphanage centre, empowering them through basic vocational training; later link them to working opportunity or self employment.
Participation in youth support has many advantages for the youth themselves as well as for the entire community. Our organization provides young people especially those from orphanages a forum to fully, effectively deal with issues that may bring the positive changes to their lives.
WHAT WE DO TO YOUTH.
We are dedicated to join hand the efforts taken by the government and other stakeholders to bridge unemployment challenge among youth. Our main focus is to those who are not connected to formal systems to access the learning and employment opportunities.
We want to impart the knowledge to youth particularly those who are coming from Marginalized and most vulnerable groups, which will bring the real positive changes to youth and community at large.
Tanzania Youth Support Organization believe that, by empowering the most vulnerable youth group we reduce the risk this group to engage in other multiple misconducts which would otherwise impact their future.
Building the network of skilled youth may be used to inspire other young people who are also originated from similar groups, putting courage on them, and finally leading to self confidence.

In this area we are focusing on ensuring that youth from less advantage groups like Orphans are getting the employability opportunity either themselves or being employed by someone.

Youth should be able to participate in economic activities through their skills and finally they will be in a good position to drive their lives and their community at large
